Like Greater Seattle, the city of Daejeon, Korea is also home to a thriving biotech and medical sector. You’ll have the chance to interact with some of the universities, hospitals and clinics in Daejeon this Saturday at an event with a medical delegation from Daejeon. The event will afford the local audience to make connections and see how one city is using medical tourism to boost economic activity. The delegation is led by the Mayor of Daejeon which is Seattle’s sister city in Korea. The Trade Development Alliance and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce co-led the 2010 International Leadership Mission to Daejeon and Seoul and visited some of the institutions that will be present at the PR event.

The event will be held on Saturday February 22nd at 5:30pm to 9:30pm. It will take place at the KOAM-TV HALL, 32008 32nd Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98001.
