The International Snohomish County Study Mission departs in October

Join public official’s Mark Ericks, Snohomish County Deputy Executive, and Stephanie Wright, Snohomish County Council on the International Snohomish County Study Mission. Following the success of last year’s Pierce County international study mission, the Trade Development Alliance is focusing on Snohomish County’s efforts in aerospace, clean energy, and EB-5 investment. The study mission is set to be an interesting and informative trip.

The mission will be visiting Boeing and taking a tour of Everett’s EB-5 efforts.  As well, at lunch at the Port of Everett, a panel composed of companies engaged in exporting will discuss what they do and how they succeed at it.  Confirmed panelists include Checksum, which specializes in electronic circuit testing equipment, HaloSource, which provides clean water technologies, and WaterTectonics, a manufacturer of water treatment systems.

The end of the day is the Economic Alliance of Snohomish County’s Public Officials Reception, which is free to all attendees.  Chat with elected officials and connect with business leaders on all matters pertaining to the region at the reception.

To register for the event, please visit Eventbrite.  A draft agenda is available on request. Please contact Dawn Roscoe at 206.389.7227 or dawnr@seattletradealliance.com for more details.
