Vice President / Interim President
Neepaporn Boungjaktha (nickname “A”) has been in the international trade and business industry for over eleven years working with the Trade Development Alliance. During her tenure at TDA, “A” traveled to more than ten countries and worked with over forty countries promoting Greater Seattle region as a place for doing international business and trade. Recently, “A” was engaged with the US private sector sponsors for the 2015 APEC CEO Summit in the Philippines while a member of the National Center for APEC (NCAPEC) team. While at NCAPEC, “A” also worked on energy and food security in APEC.
“A”s community service includes professionally serving on the boards of Port Jobs and personally with CISC (Chinese Information Service Center) and Seattle Works. “A” has also been a long time supporter of Camp Goodtimes, a regional camp for children with cancer and their siblings.

Inbound/Outbound Delegation Manager
Samantha Paxton graduated from the University of Washington and pursued graduate work in Russian and Central Asian Studies at the University of Texas, Austin. Prior to the Trade Alliance she worked in international development at the Glocal Forum in Rome. She serves as co-president of the Board of Trustees of the Seattle Tashkent Sister Cities Association. In her spare time she enjoys singing with her band, working on community art projects, and watching the Olympics.
Responsibilities: Outbound and inbound delegation management, program management, FDI Working Group lead

Communications and Administrative Coordinator
Adam Akerblom is the Communications and Administrative Coordinator for the Trade Development Alliance. He graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in International Studies and Political Science. Adam is Swedish, and also lived in Sri Lanka and Denmark before moving to the United States. Prior to joining the Trade Alliance as a full-time staff member, he was a Student Intern with the organization.
