Port Jobs
About Port Jobs
A 20-year old non-profit organization, Port Jobs brings together business, labor, education, community, and government stakeholders to expand opportunities and build a thriving Port economy. We create opportunities for people to enter and advance in careers in the airport, transportation/logistics, construction and maritime sectors.
At Sea-Tac Airport we operate the Airport Jobs center, which serves more than 6,500 job seekers each year. We support career advancement of airport workers through Airport University, a partnership with Highline College and South Seattle College that offers college classes onsite at the airport. The Apprenticeship Opportunities Project increases the number of women and people of color who enter and succeed in building and construction trades apprenticeships. Our partnerships and job search, training, and career navigation work are critical to building the skills and income security of low-income members of our community.
