Inbound Delegation Services

The Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle recruits and assists inbound international business delegations and guarantees the professional management of these productive visits. We request that delegations submit their requests at least six weeks in advance of their arrival in Greater Seattle.

Depending on the needs of the delegation, we can assist in a variety of ways: 

  • Creating a comprehensive visit agenda 
  • Organizing a public or private event, program or roundtable discussion
  • Matchmaking delegates with Greater Seattle businesses and organizations
  • Scheduling business meetings
